Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in IBM TRIRIGA and front-end development using ReactJS The ideal candidate will act creatively to develop scalable enterprise applications optimize performance and guide junior team members This role requires in-depth domain expertise in real estate and facilities management systems along with strong software engineering fundamentals Roles and Responsibilities Application Development Interpret application component designs and translate them into functional software solutions Develop test debug and document software components features in alignment with the design Select appropriate design patterns and optimize reusability and performance through innovative solutions Technical Ownership Evaluate and implement efficient development strategies e g reusing existing components or building new ones Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and ensure high-quality software delivery Collaborate with customers to clarify requirements and present design solutions and demos Documentation Testing Create and review templates checklists design documents and development standards Develop and review unit test cases and support the QA team with clarifications and test plan validation Project and Team Management Manage module delivery oversee defect RCA and trend analysis and contribute to risk mitigation Guide and mentor team members set performance goals FAST goals and foster team engagement Provide input for project estimations and participate in release planning and execution Domain Relevance Customer Interaction Leverage deep understanding of the IBM TRIRIGA domain PM-Lease CM FM Maintenance Management Gain customer domain expertise and suggest value additions Build strong relationships with stakeholders through consistent and quality deliverables Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA UX framework and platform upgradesExpertise in configuring customizing and migrating TRIRIGA UX applicationsProficiency in ReactJS JavaScript and front-end technologiesExperience in Corrective Preventive Maintenance Facilities Management FM and Lease ManagementIn-depth knowledge of SDLC Agile Scrum Kanban Design Patterns and CI CD pipelinesStrong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problemsExcellent communication documentation and team leadership skillsGood-to-Have Skills IBM TRIRIGA certifications functional or technical Experience with Tririga Application Upgrade ProjectsFamiliarity with RAD tools IDEs and interface definition languages IDL Knowledge of data modeling DBMS modular architecture and cloud platformsAbility to manage multi-tasking under pressure and collaborate in cross-functional teamsPerformance Metrics Adherence to coding and process standardsOn-time delivery with minimal post-delivery defectsReduction in technical debt and improvement in code reusabilityTeam and customer satisfactionCompletion of mandatory trainings and certificationsSkills Tririga React Js User ExperienceAbout Company UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider For more than 20 years UST has worked side by side with the worlds best companies to make a real impact through transformation Powered by technology inspired by people and led by purpose UST partners with their clients from design to operation With deep domain expertise and a future-proof philosophy UST embeds innovation and agility into their clients organizations With over 30 000 employees in 30 countries UST builds for boundless impactxe2x80x94touching billions of lives in the process
