Key Responsibilities:

- Design develop and maintain web applications using Magnolia CMS ensuring high performance and responsiveness
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications
- Implement Java based solutions to enhance Magnolia functionalities and integrations
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team

Technical Requirements:

- Bachelor s or master s degree in engineering Computer Science or related fields BE BTech MCA MSc MBA
- Proven experience of 4 years in Magnolia CMS development
- Strong proficiency in Java with at least 3 years of experience

Additional Responsibilities:

- Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively
- Experience with Java related frameworks such as Springboot Hibernate and Microservices
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects in a fast paced setting
- Good to have skills Flask Pandas Data Analysis Agile methodologies Team leadership Problem solving skills
