Job Description Key Responsibilities - Assist the Regional Head in screening initial proposals, preparing case summaries, and managing operations for the existing Mid Corporate portfolio. - Prepare detailed credit notes and present proposals for sanctioning to the risk committee. - Oversee the disbursement process, including legal documentation, valuation, execution, and escrow account setup. - Deepen wallet share of existing clients by identifying cross-sell opportunities and enhancing client engagement. - Acquire new clients in the Mid Corporate segment, focusing on businesses with toplines ranging from 100 to 750 crore. - Structure financial solutions tailored to client needs while aligning with bank policies and risk appetite. - Present cases confidently to internal sanction committees, ensuring clarity and completeness of documentation. - Maintain strong knowledge of the local market and build relationships with key Mid Corporate clients. - Demonstrate a balanced approach to sales and credit, ensuring customer satisfaction and portfolio quality. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes. - Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address operational or credit-related issues.
