Role Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to expand our customer base and promote solar energy solutions in and around Bhimavaram, Eluru & Tadepalligudem. This role offers exciting growth potential for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Prior experience in solar energy sales will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through market visits, cold calling, and referrals

Educate clients on solar energy benefits and propose tailored solutions

Conduct site assessments and liaise with the technical team for quotations

Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager

Stay updated on solar products, pricing, and market trends

Candidate Profile:

12th or Bachelors degree in any stream

01 year of sales experience; solar industry exposure is a plus

Location: Bhimavaram, Eluru & Tadepalligudem

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with field work and interacting with local clients

Self-driven, with a passion for clean energy and sustainability

Proficiency in Telugu and basic English

Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
