Key Responsibilities Client Coordination Serve as the BIM lead for client and consultant communications and present BIM deliverables during meetings Clash Detection Resolution Conduct clash detection using tools like Navisworks resolve issues across disciplines and maintain detailed reports BIM Execution Planning BEP Develop and implement project-specific BEPs define modeling standards and ensure compliance with client protocols Model Development LOD 400 As-Built Create fabrication-ready models integrate vendor-specific details and develop as-built models based on site inputs Drawing Production Generate construction and shop drawings ensure accuracy and prepare vendor-specific documentation Team Leadership Allocate tasks mentor BIM modelers conduct training and promote BIM best practices QA QC Implementation Implement QA QC workflows perform model audits and validate drawings Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or related field 5 years of BIM experience in a construction or contractor environment Proficiency in Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and BIM 360 Solid understanding of construction detailing and experience with LOD 400 and as-built models Strong leadership coordination and communication skills Hands-on experience with model validation and QA QC processes Must be willing to work in our office located in Turbhe Navi Mumbai If this sounds like the right fit for you apply today and become part of a team building the future using cutting-edge BIM technologies
