We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager (5+ Years Experience) – Mumbai (On-site)

Are you a result-driven Digital Marketing professional with a passion for building impactful campaigns and driving business growth? We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Mumbai and lead our digital strategy end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage 360° digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content, Paid Ads).

Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and brand visibility.

Lead SEO/SEM strategies for organic growth and paid advertising.

Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Oversee content strategy – blogs, creatives, website copy, and ad creatives.

Optimize marketing funnels using analytics, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.

Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing executives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years proven experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.

Hands-on expertise with social media management tools, CRM, and email marketing platforms.

Experience in content marketing, influencer marketing, and brand campaigns.

Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
