At Aprajita Toor, we craft heirloom-inspired footwear and accessories that blend heritage with contemporary luxe. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid media and performance channels with precision, creativity, and strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Develop and manage performance-driven strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, nurturing loyal clientele while reaching new audiences.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, platforms, and software, ensuring the brand remains future-forward.
- Drive SEO initiatives to enhance visibility, rankings, and organic reach.
- Analyse campaign performance, prepare actionable reports, and ensure high ROI across digital spends.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging with brand storytelling.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media (Google & Meta).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing metrics.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into growth strategies.
- Prior experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Full-time, on-site role based in Chembur, Mumbai.
