Job Description Key Responsibilities : - Manage and optimize the spare parts supply chain across planning, procurement, storage, and execution. - Oversee daily operations involving 500+ SKUs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely availability. - Develop and implement effective demand planning and replenishment strategies. - Ensure warehouse processes are streamlined for spares handling, with clear focus on storage optimization and picking efficiency. - Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, logistics, for seamless operations. - Track and report on operational KPIs (inventory health, turnaround time, fill rates, etc.) to ensure high service levels. - Drive process improvements, automation, and cost optimization initiatives. - Lead and mentor ground execution teams for effective on-floor performance. Qualifications & Skills : - Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). - 4+ years experience in the automobile industrywith strong exposure to spare parts management. - Proven ability to handle large SKU portfolios with high accuracy and efficiency. - Strong analytical and planning skills with ability to translate forecasts into ground execution. - Excellent knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, and supply chain tools. - Ability to drive operational excellence and lead cross-functional initiatives. - Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
