**Job Title**: Ex-Army Field Officer

**Location**: Bhiwani, Haryana

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day field operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Coordinate with teams to implement strategies and meet targets.
- **Leadership and Team Management**:

- Manage and mentor field staff to maintain high standards of discipline and performance.
- Organize training programs for staff on security protocols, operational planning, and leadership skills.
- **Security and Risk Management**:

- Develop and implement security measures for assets, employees, and operations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
- **Administration and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities and prepare regular reports.
- **Client and Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders in the field.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Respond effectively to emergencies, using experience in handling high-pressure situations.

**Requirements**:

- Retired Officer from the Indian Armed Forces.
- Proven track record in leadership, team management, and operational planning.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Physical fitness and readiness to work in field conditions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in security, logistics, or administrative roles post-retirement.
- Knowledge of the local area and language (Bhiwani, Haryana).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
