Job Description We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer L1 to join our team in Bhiwadi. Responsibilities - Provide first-level technical support for desktop hardware and software issues. - Respond to and resolve support requests in a timely manner. - Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, printers, and peripherals. - Maintain and update documentation of support processes and procedures. - Assist in the setup and deployment of new systems and technology upgrades. - Monitor and maintain IT equipment inventory.
