Responsibilities:
- Instructional Support: Provide guidance, resources, and professional development opportunities to support teachers in delivering high-quality instruction and implementing effective teaching strategies. Offer feedback, coaching, and mentoring to help teachers improve their instructional practices and meet the diverse needs of students.
- Academic Planning: Coordinate academic planning processes, including course scheduling, program review, and assessment planning. Collaborate with school leadership, department heads, and curriculum committees to set academic goals, establish priorities, and develop action plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Student Achievement Monitoring: Monitor student progress and academic performance through ongoing assessment, data analysis, and progress monitoring systems. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in student achievement and work collaboratively with teachers to implement targeted interventions and support strategies.
- Professional Development: Organize and facilitate professional development workshops, seminars, and training sessions for teachers to enhance their content knowledge, teaching skills, and instructional effectiveness. Stay abreast of research-based practices, educational trends, and advancements in pedagogy to inform professional development initiatives.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Oversee the development and implementation of assessment strategies and tools to measure student learning outcomes and program effectiveness. Ensure assessments are aligned with instructional objectives, provide meaningful feedback to students, and inform instructional decision-making.
- Curriculum Integration: Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and integration across academic disciplines to enhance coherence, connections, and relevance in the curriculum. Facilitate cross-curricular projects, thematic units, and collaborative learning experiences to deepen students' understanding and transfer of knowledge.
- Parent and Community Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders about academic programs, student progress, and educational opportunities. Solicit feedback, address concerns, and foster positive relationships to support student success and engagement.
- Educational Leadership: Serve as a resource and advocate for academic excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the school community. Collaborate with school leadership team members to develop and implement strategic initiatives and policies that promote the school's mission and goals.
- Compliance and Accountability: Ensure compliance with educational standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory guidelines governing curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting systems to demonstrate accountability and adherence to standards of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure with previous teaching experience preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build consensus around academic initiatives.
- Experience with data analysis, educational technology, and continuous improvement processes.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education.
- Knowledge of educational standards, regulations, and accreditation processes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Willingness to participate in professional development activities and stay current with research-based practices in education.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
