Product Knowledge & Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of lighting solutions to clients. Proposal & Quotation: Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals for lighting projects based on client needs. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, new technologies, and relevant government regulations in the lighting sector. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as project delivery or technical specialists, to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction. After-Sales Support: Offer post-sales support, resolve customer issues, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Key Skills & QualificationsSales Skills: Strong sales acumen, ability to develop sales strategies, and proven experience in generating leads and closing deals. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and negotiations. Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of lighting products, their features, and benefits, particularly LED lighting. Customer Service: A commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to resolve problems effectively. Industry Expertise: Familiarity with the lighting industry, its trends, and its key stakeholders like designers and architects. Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with relevant sales experience, is often required or advantageous.
