Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Global Markets) Experience: 5–7 years Location: Noida (On-site) Company: Mad Influence (Mad Group) About the Role Mad Influence is expanding its global performance marketing capabilities for brands targeting consumers across India, US, Europe, SEA, and GCC. We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who is both a strategist and executor, capable of driving INR 3 crore+ monthly ad spends across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. What You Will Own (End-to-End) 1. Multi-Platform Performance Campaigns - TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube/Google Ads - Global TOF/MOF/BOF funnel building - Region-specific optimisation for B2C brands 2. Attribution, Tracking & Analytics - Pixel setup, events, GA4, UTMs - Understanding of AppsFlyer/Branch - Build dashboards for CAC, ROAS, CPM, CPV, CTR 3. CRO & Landing Page Optimization - Conduct landing page audits - Run A/B tests and suggest UI/UX improvements - Improve conversion rates across global markets 4. Creative Testing Strategy - Build testing frameworks for UGC & performance ads - Provide insights on hooks, formats, and winning creatives - Work with internal teams for creative requirements 5. Global Performance Strategy - Develop multi-geo launch and scaling playbooks - Understand cost behaviours across US, GCC, SEA, Europe - Efficiently scale large budgets ( INR 3 crore+ monthly) 6. Reporting & Leadership - Present weekly/monthly performance reviews - Own performance roadmap for each client - Work independently with internal stakeholders Key KPIs - CAC Reduction - ROAS Improvement - Landing Page Conversion Rate Growth - CPM / CPV Efficiency - Creative Testing Velocity - Spend Efficiency at Scale Required Skills - 5–7 years of performance marketing experience - Strong expertise in TikTok + Meta + YouTube ads - Managed INR3 crore+ monthly budgets - Strong analytics, attribution, and GA4 knowledge - Global market experience (US, Europe, SEA, GCC) - Experience in CRO and UGC-based performance ads Why Work With Us - Scale ads across four continents - High autonomy and ownership - Opportunity to build Mad Influence’s performance vertical from scratch - Work closely with leadership on strategy and execution
