Responsibilities - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. - Oversee performance management processes to foster employee growth and development. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively. - Administer compensation and benefits programs. - Facilitate training and development initiatives for employees. - Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR practices. Skills and Qualifications - Master's degree in Human Resources or related field. - 5-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a large organization. - Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations in India. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience in performance management and employee engagement strategies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
