Job Title: HR Trainee Recruiter (Fresher Hiring) - (Night Shift) - (Walk-In Direct - Face to Face Interview) Company: Creatigrity Technologies Private Limited (www.Creatigrity.com) Location: 175, EPIP 2nd Phase KIADB Industrial Area, Whitefield, EPIP Zone, Brookfield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066 (I Gate Junction, near Kundalahalli Metro) Shift:: Night Shift (07:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST) Salary Package: ₹2,53,200 P.A Loyalty Bonus: ₹1,00,000 (paid in 3 installments — ₹25,000 after 6 months, ₹25,000 after 12 months, and ₹50,000 after 21 months) Key Responsibilities: - Actively engage in recruiting activities, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Interact energetically with candidates to identify potential fits for open positions. - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. - Convince and communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. Qualifications: - Any education background but minimum Bachelor's degree required. - Freshers are preferred. - Strong verbal and written English communication skills - Mandatory - Must be familiar with MS Word and Excel. - Must be energetic and enthusiastic about interacting with people. - Open to working in night shifts (No Cab Facility). Additional Details: - This is an in-office position; WFH is not available. - Successful candidates may secure a permanent role post-training, depending on performance. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields. - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). - Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones. - Passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. - Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards for sourcing candidates. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. - Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory.
