Job Summary-

Charcoal is looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual storytelling of our brand. As a key member of our marketing team, you will craft visually stunning content that elevates our presence across social media and other platforms. This role demands exceptional design expertise, strategic thinking, and a sharp eye for detail to push the boundaries of our creative output.

Key Responsibilities-

Lead the design and development of sophisticated graphic assets for social media, web, and marketing campaigns using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and other creative software. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand identity across all visual touchpoints. Drive creative innovation by staying ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to produce fresh, industry-leading visuals. Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and ensuring high standards of creative execution. Analyze the performance of design campaigns and use insights to refine and optimize creative strategies.

Qualifications-

Proven track record of 2-4 years in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and effective social media content, branding, and marketing designs. Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (motion graphics and video editing experience is a bonus). Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals that align with brand strategy. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines. Passion for design and a proactive approach to problem-solving and creative exploration.
