Job Summary: As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Brand Raga, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing strong relationships, and converting leads into successful sales. Your goal is to understand the needs of our clients and offer tailored digital marketing solutions that drive their success and ours. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels such as online research, networking events, and industry contacts. - Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage prospective clients. - Use CRM tools to track and manage leads efficiently. - Sales Conversion: Engage with leads through emails, calls, and meetings to understand their needs and present appropriate digital marketing solutions. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. - Negotiate terms and close deals effectively. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and ensuring their satisfaction. - Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions. - Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. - Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team to refine our strategies and services. - Reporting and Analysis: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market analysis. - Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the digital marketing industry. - Strong understanding of digital marketing services and solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
