Delivery Partner

Job Description We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Partner to lead end-to-end delivery for strategic enterprise customers. This role is responsible for governing delivery outcomes, ensuring customer success, driving operational excellence, and owning delivery health across global rollouts. The ideal candidate brings strong experience from consulting/SI organizations managing large multi-tower programs, global teams, and transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Delivery Leadership - Own delivery governance, operating cadence, KPIs, SLAs, and overall delivery health. - Lead multi-country implementations and large-scale digital transformation programs. - Ensure high-quality, on-time, and budget-aligned delivery across all engagements. - Establish delivery excellence frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. 2. Client & Stakeholder Management - Act as the strategic delivery advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders. - Build and strengthen long-term relationships with enterprise customers. - Lead executive reviews (QBR/MBR) and drive proactive risk mitigation and escalations. - Manage expectations, scope alignment, and ensure strong customer satisfaction scores. 3. Governance & Assurance - Drive governance frameworks across all projects and programs. - Implement robust risk management, compliance, and quality assurance practices. - Ensure adherence to delivery standards, audit requirements, and organizational processes. 4. Practice & People Leadership - Mentor delivery leads, project managers, and consulting teams. - Drive competency building, capability development, and continuous improvement. - Support hiring, onboarding, and growth of the delivery practice. 5. Financial Ownership - Own P&L for delivery engagements and ensure profitable execution. - Optimize resource utilization, demand planning, and margin improvement. - Support account growth, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives in partnership with sales/CS teams. Required Skills & Experience - 1825 years of experience in consulting/SI delivery leadership roles. - Proven experience as Delivery Partner, Client Delivery Lead, Account Delivery Head, or Portfolio Delivery Head. - Strong background in managing large enterprise programs across global locations. - Expertise in governance, PMO frameworks, risk management, and delivery excellence. - Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills. - Experience in SaaS, procurement, Source-to-Pay, ERP, or cloud transformation (preferred). Good to Have - Hands-on experience in tools like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Oracle, or other S2P platforms. - Prior experience managing multi-million dollar accounts and global delivery teams. - Exposure to agile transformation and digital consulting environments.
