Role Description The Sales Development Executive will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients to fuel the company's sales pipeline. Responsibilities include conducting lead research, initiating outbound communications, nurturing relationships, and ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to increase prospect engagement and client acquisition. This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Delhi. Qualifications - Strong sales, prospecting, and cold-calling skills with the ability to generate and qualify high-quality leads. - Proven expertise in customer relationship management and communication to foster trust and engagement with potential clients. - Proficiency in using CRM tools, email outreach platforms, and other sales development technologies. - Excellent organizational and time management skills for tracking and following up with multiple leads simultaneously. - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and adapt to changing priorities. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. - Experience in B2B sales or lead generation is highly beneficial.
