Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our F&A (Finance & Accounting) hiring efforts. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the F&A domain, with a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent people management skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all F&A roles, from entry-level to senior management.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on market trends.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for critical F&A roles.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet their hiring targets.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, with a specific focus on F&A hiring.
- In-depth knowledge of the finance and accounting industry and its hiring landscape.
- Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
