We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on vendor management candidate screening interview coordination and stakeholder collaboration The recruiter will also be responsible for sourcing profiles from portals like Naukri when required and ensuring seamless communication between candidates vendors hiring managers and internal teams including US delivery teams and HR Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners for candidate submissions Review and screen candidate resumes to assess skills experience and suitability for open roles Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates hiring managers and interview panels Follow up with vendors and candidates on interview feedback and hiring status Source and shortlist profiles from job portals Naukri LinkedIn etc as needed Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on expectations Interact with US delivery teams and HR to support hiring needs and provide timely updates Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment vendor management experience preferred Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and IT skills Experience with job portals Naukri LinkedIn etc and resume databases Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle multiple requirements and prioritize effectively Familiarity with US recruitment practices will be an added advantage
