Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, calling potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone. This is a full-time position located in India.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling
- Initiate sales calls to potential customers
- Explain products and services to potential customers
- Close sales deals over the phone
- Achieve sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in tele sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Good knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
