Your Day - Be the main point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships. - Help new clients with onboarding, training, and support. - Handle payroll and compliance-related tasks accurately. - Keep track of client accounts to spot risks or new opportunities. - Work with product and technical teams to solve client questions. - Share client feedback to improve products and services. - Prepare and share reports on client performance and satisfaction.
