Position: Business Development Executive / Key Account Executive

Work Schedule: Full-time position;

Office hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including two Saturdays off each month

Location: Bengaluru, Kasturi Nagar, 560043

Job Overview:

As a Business Development Executive / Key Account Executive at Navavarn Events, you will spearhead our efforts to expand our clientele while ensuring the sustained growth of existing partnerships. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying and seizing new business opportunities, fostering long-term relationships with key clients, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through meticulous project management and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate new client relationships and secure business opportunities to broaden our market presence.
- Sustain and enrich partnerships with assigned clients, acting as the primary liaison between them and our internal teams.
- Strategically identify opportunities for growth within existing and potential client bases, proposing innovative solutions that align with their goals.
- Champion client retention initiatives and contribute to revenue growth by nurturing key stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure seamless communication channels between key customers and internal departments to facilitate project success.
- Assess client requirements and implement effective strategies and project management protocols to address them.
- Take responsibility for client satisfaction, offering robust production support and setting operational excellence standards.
- Generate new sales avenues that evolve into enduring client relationships.
- Compile and present detailed progress reports and forecasts to stakeholders, utilizing key account metrics to guide decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in client servicing and project management within the events industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.
- A keen understanding of current trends in event technology and solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating and managing teams towards achieving collective goals.
