Role Performance Marketing Associate Job Type Full-Time Location Mohali Remote About Fitelo Fitelo is a fast-paced Indian D2C Health-tech startup looking to hire senior talent It is an AI-powered online platform for weight loss and the management of chronic diseases The company was founded with a vision to help customers take the healthier route by eating right staying active and building healthy habits It has grown exponentially with strong unit economics and is now looking to expand its team across multiple roles About the role We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Performance Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team This role focuses on the planning execution and optimization of Google Ads campaigns both app and web to drive user acquisition and maximize return on ad spend ROAS The ideal candidate will be experienced in digital advertising analytical in nature and adept at using marketing tools to monitor optimize and report campaign performance Specifically this role will involve Planning setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns across both app and web Monitoring daily campaign performance and adjusting bids budgets and targeting to meet KPIs Conducting A B testing on creatives landing pages and audience segments Analyzing campaign data and preparing reports with actionable insights Managing campaign budgets effectively and optimizing bidding strategies Working with tools such as Google Ads Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Google Ads Editor Excel and Google Data Studio An Ideal Candidate will have 2 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for app and web Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools High attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot campaign performance Google Ads certifications search Display App Qualifications Any graduate preferred background in Marketing or related fields Google Ads Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Google Ads Editor Excel Google Data Studio
