Associate Analyst: Processes/Performance/Growth
Associate Analyst: Processes/Performance/Growth is a professional who loves Processes, Research and Analysis, Documentation, Automation and Optimization. You will be responsible for understanding the functioning of the Projects Delivery, Account Management, Tech, and Sales Department and ensure that these departments are performing in a process-driven manner, and we are continuously improving and sustaining the performance benchmarks.

/KRAs
Primary KRAs:

  • Quantitative Analysis:

  • Collecting and interpreting data in order to generate daily/weekly/monthly quantitative reports.

  • Present the findings and observations to senior management and share alerts as and when required.
  • Identifying the pattern and sharing suggestions to improve the performance/processes.
  • Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs.

  • Defining new data collection and analyzing processes.

  • Resource Management:

  • Preparing Occupancy reports of the project delivery department and sharing the observations/suggestions with senior management to optimize the team's occupancy.

  • Regularly monitoring development, designer, and Project delivery team time posting.
  • Forecasting the available resources and supporting timely alerts.

  • Supporting the team and senior management in optimizing resources.

  • Process and Performance Analysis:

  • Conducting process audits and maturity assessments against the process activities.

  • Identifying issues and risks in the process implementation and taking appropriate response measures.
  • Identifying improvement areas and collaborating with seniors to draft the action plan.
  • Ensuring the action plan is executed as per agreed timelines.
  • Presenting the performance analysis and progress made at regular intervals.

Secondary KRAs:

  • ROI Analysis, Monthly Client Calls, and Formal Sign-offs:

  • Ensuring Finance Team reviews Project Estimates, Billing Terms, Estimated ROI before project execution.

  • Ensuring desired ROI on different projects, new initiatives, department level, team level.
  • Ensuring monthly client calls are conducted with regular/repeat clients.
  • Securing formal sign-off letters and feedback from clients timely.

Required Experience:

  • 0 to 1 year of experience
  • Ecommerce, Online Market Places, Mobile Applications, CMS, Open Source Scripts, Social networking portals, On-Demand Service Portals.
