Role Description - This is a full-time role for a Beauty Pageant Coach. The Beauty Pageant Coach will be responsible for designing and conducting tailored training programs, offering one-on-one coaching, and mentoring participants to enhance their presentation, stage presence, and confidence. Additional responsibilities include providing guidance on personal grooming, communication, and performance techniques to help candidates succeed in pageantry competitions. Collaboration with event teams and maintaining detailed progress reports for each participant will also be part of this role. Flexibility to adapt training approaches to individual needs is key. This will be onsite based out of Cambodia capital for one of our clients who is Title Sponsor for Miss Universe/Miss Cambodia Events. - VISA, Air Tickets and Accommodation provided by the Client Qualifications - Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback - Expertise in personal grooming, stage choreography, and performance preparation - Proficiency in developing customized training programs and schedules - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to motivate, inspire confidence, and foster positive mindsets - Prior experience in pageantry, modeling, or related fields is a plus - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Fine Arts, or other relevant fields preferred - Previous experience in coaching/training for Major Contests like Miss Universe is a must
