Role Overview

As anAd Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Building and managing relationships with advertisers and agencies.
- Driving ad revenue growth through direct sales and partnerships.
- Educating businesses about the benefits of advertising on AdTip.
- Closing deals, negotiating rates, and ensuring client success.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, target, and onboard advertisers across industries (e-commerce, FMCG, local businesses, startups, agencies, etc.).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly ad revenue targets.
- Pitch AdTip as an innovative alternative to platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to create attractive ad packages.
- Build long-term relationships with advertisers and media agencies.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and case studies for potential clients.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and ad campaign outcomes.
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to expand reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 36 years of experience indigital ad sales, media buying, or business development.
- Strong network of brand and agency contacts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, programmatic ads, and media planning.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a startup environment.
