Product Owner

About Position: We are seeking product owners with hands on experience in Gen AI, agile, principles, etc., - Role: Product Owner - Location: Bangalore - Experience: 6 to 9 years - Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: - Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog in alignment with business goals, customer needs, and emerging technologies like GenAI. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, analytics, and business — to deliver scalable and innovative solutions. - Partner with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, translate them into user stories, and prioritize features based on value and feasibility. - Lead Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure continuous delivery in a SAFe Agile environment. - Drive execution of Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) including performance, scalability, cost, and security. - Ensure seamless end-to-end product delivery with a strong emphasis on data-driven insights, APIs, dashboards, and real-time alerting mechanisms. - Work closely with geographically distributed teams and maintain high levels of communication, organization, and accountability. - Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies, release planning, and stakeholder communications. - Ensure compliance with QMS (ISO 9001:2015) and ISMS (ISO 27001) standards, including audit readiness. - Stay up to date with product trends and proactively identify opportunities for innovation, especially in AI and eCommerce landscapes. Expertise You'll Bring: - Minimum 6 years in software development, product ownership, or business analysis. - At least 1 year of experience in the SAFe framework. - Strong understanding of Agile principles, iterative development, and customer-first design. - Experience in defining and managing product backlogs, user stories, and release planning. - Demonstrated experience in delivering solutions involving APIs, dashboards, and real-time systems. - Ability to manage and collaborate with geographically distributed teams. - Hands-on experience with Non-Functional Requirements (performance, security, cost, etc.). - Proven ability to balance business and technical needs in fast-paced environments. - Exposure to GenAI applications and/or eCommerce platforms is a strong plus.
