This role gives you an unparalleled opportunity to understand how a company is built end-to-end — from ideation and systems to execution and scale. Key Responsibilities - Convert founder-level priorities into clear execution plans, with defined owners, accountability structures, and timelines. - Build dashboards, workflows, and review rhythms that help teams stay aligned and move fast. - Independently execute high-stakes projects — from research and insights to GTM strategies, partnerships, and operational initiatives. - Develop SOPs, documentation, and scalable processes so the organization can operate smoothly without constant founder intervention. - Help streamline decisions by capturing notes, timelines, owners, and key outcomes after every meeting. Experience Required - 1–3 years of professional experience in dynamic, high-ownership roles. - Background in Founder’s Office, Product, Growth, Operations, or Consulting. - Experience working in fast-paced environments that require independent thinking and structured execution. - Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end with clarity, accountability, and attention to detail. - Comfortable collaborating across teams and supporting leadership-level priorities. - Exposure to data analysis, process building, or cross-functional problem-solving is a strong advantage. - Strong CRM discipline - Familiarity with the creator economy, YouTube, or content workflows Compensation ₹8–9 LPA, depending on experience and interview performance.
