The association is committed to shaping the future of education in India through innovative and impactful actions. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will focus on driving strategic partnerships, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and expanding the association's network of engaged schools, principals, and stakeholders. Primary responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, building relationships with potential partners, managing partnerships with educational institutions, and achieving growth objectives. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends to identify potential opportunities and aligning efforts with the organization's mission of promoting skill-based education in India. Qualifications - Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships - Strong skills in communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management - Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify growth areas - Project management and strategic planning capabilities - Proficiency in digital tools and platforms to support remote work and business operations - Knowledge or experience in the education or skill development sector is a plus - Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
