We are looking for passionate and driven Sourcing Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at Mahaveer Construction, Kandivali&aposs trusted real estate developer.
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of the real estate market, ecosystem, current trends, and processes.
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, and telephone.
- Strong negotiation and excellent communication skills to influence partners and negotiate effectively.
- A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, and other relevant software.
- A goal-oriented and self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
Key Prerequisites:
- Minimum 60% marks in SSC or HSC
- Minimum 60% marks in Graduation or Post-Graduation (Please note that the educational criteria must be strictly followed)
