Job Title: Presales Executive

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Presales Executives to join our team in Mumbai As a Presales Executive, you will play a key role in qualifying leads, building relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead qualification and calling: Call inbound and outbound leads, qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria, and pass high-intent leads to the business team.

Reporting and coordination: Submit daily reports and update lead statuses in CRM or lead tracking sheets.

Script adaptation and persona understanding: Fine-tune call scripts based on client feedback and share inputs with marketing and sales teams.

Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in B2B pre-sales tele-calling, preferably in SaaS or Fintech domains.

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of any South Indian language is a plus). Experience engaging with CXO-level or mid-senior decision-makers over calls.

Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot) is an added advantage.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and organized in follow-ups and reporting.
