Our team includes professionals from prestigious institutes and brings extensive experience in technology, retail, and operations. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Jaipur. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, managing customer support teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and improving the quality of customer interactions, resolving escalated customer issues, and analyzing customer feedback to enhance service quality. Qualifications - Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills - Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring and improving service quality - Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members - Proven ability to resolve escalated issues and enhance customer experience - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field - Experience in the jewelry retail industry is a plus - Strong leadership and team management abilities Salary: Upto 4,80,000/- Per Annum
