Your Key Responsibilities

- Carry out maintenance and provision of production tools and support designers and machine operators in setting and optimizing tools for production. Diagnose and troubleshoot tool malfunctions and ensure tools are calibrated and functioning optimally.
- Handle more complex maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment.
- Specialize in the assembly and disassembly of complex tools and machine components.
- Conduct detailed inspections and analyses to identify wear and potential issues, and initiate optimizations.
- Work on improving existing tooling processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and tool lifetime.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for repairs, maintenance activities, and optimizations.

Your Qualifications

- Vocationally trained in Mechanics
- 3 to 5 years

OR

- Undergraduate Degree in Technical, Mechanics
- 3 to 5 years
