Role Description
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Executive to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities. The role involves building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to our business expansion goals. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with a sharp understanding of engineering software solutions.
Qualifications
> Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
> 2–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales (preferably in engineering software)
> Strong understanding of CAD Software and related engineering software markets
> Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
> Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
> Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
> Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
