Job Description Jacks Club is a leading crypto casino with 9k+ games. We're now looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to increase our online presence and grow our global audience. Your responsibilities - Develop and execute social media strategies across X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and emerging platforms. - Create engaging, viral content (graphics, memes, reels, and short-form videos) tailored for crypto and iGaming audiences. - Write high-converting copy for posts, giveaways, and campaigns. - Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand voice and visuals. - Manage community interactions and increase engagement rates across platforms. - Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimize based on analytics. - Research trending topics, hashtags, and formats in crypto, Web3, and gaming communities. - Work with influencers, affiliates, and streamers to amplify brand visibility. - Contribute to growth campaigns (giveaways, challenges, tournaments, etc.) to boost registrations and retention. Requirements - Proven experience in social media management or growth marketing (25 years). - Deep understanding of crypto, Web3 culture, and iGaming communities is a big plus. - Strong creative and storytelling skills, able to turn boring info into scroll-stopping content. - Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or CapCut for content creation - Familiar with social media analytics tools (Meta Suite, Twitter Analytics, etc.). - Excellent English writing and communication skills. - A growth hacker mindset, always experimenting with new formats and tactics. - Bonus: Experience running paid ads on Meta, X, or TikTok. - Bonus: Knowledge of affiliate or influencer marketing.
