We are seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs and initiatives for International Seller Growth Organization(ISG). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment

Key job responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale, complex technical programs from inception to delivery
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and other stakeholders
Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies
Facilitate decision-making processes and remove obstacles to program success
Communicate program status, milestones, and key metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies
Mentor junior program managers and contribute to the development of best practices
key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred)
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Excellent project management skills, including risk management and resource allocation
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical programs
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana)
PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
