About the Role

This role is part of Amazon's Seller Growth Programs team, which aims to enable Sellers to comply with EU 3P regulations while selling on Amazon's EU region. As a Seller Growth Programs Expert, you will engage with Sellers on a daily basis, address account issues, unblock stage-wise issues, and guide them through the necessary steps to achieve compliance.

You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications. A Bachelor degree and 0-3 years of relevant working experience are required. Proficiency in German language (B2 or C1 certification) is also mandatory.

  • Communicate effectively with Sellers and internal teams
  • Develop and execute strategic analyses to provide insights into business performance
  • Monitor existing metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
