Job Title Purchase Ledger Snr Analyst/Analyst/Specialist About The Role Key responsibilities of the PL Team Specialist/Analyst will be invoice/credit note processing, supporting suppliers/business is issue solving, vendor creation and maintenance. What You'll Do - PO invoice processing. - NON-PO invoice processing (based on financial dimensions). - Supplier credit notes processing. - Reviewing invoice exceptions. - Supplier invoice queries resolution. - Respond to internal, business queries. - Supplier statement reconciliations. - Taking part in AP close process (invoices posted & matched, reconciliations, GRNI cleaning up) What You'll Need - Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must - Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority. - Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (or accounting qualification) - Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently, being both autonomous & a team player. But can identify when issues need to be escalated quickly. - Ability to work under time pressure - Pro-active approach - Attention to detail. - Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, formulas, etc), Dynamics365 knowledge advantageous. - Experience in AP/P2P will be an advantage.
