Key Responsibilities: - Plan, supervise, and execute the installation and commissioning of solar cell production lines. - Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless installation processes. - Conduct pre-installation site assessments and ensure the site is prepared for equipment setup. - Perform detailed alignment, calibration, and testing of solar cell manufacturing equipment. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation and commissioning phases. - Train and support on-site teams in the operation and maintenance of the installed systems. - Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality guidelines. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including installation reports, test results, and as-built drawings. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field. - Experience: 5-9 years of hands-on experience in the installation and commissioning of solar cell production lines. Technical Skills: - Deep knowledge of solar cell production line machinery and processes. - Expertise in interpreting technical drawings, layouts, and schematics. - Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. - Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols for solar equipment. Soft Skills: - Strong project management and organizational abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
