Installation and Commissioning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Installation and Commissioning Engineer to oversee the setup and commissioning of solar cell production lines. With 5-9 years of hands-on experience in solar cell line installation, the ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, supervise, and execute the installation and commissioning of solar cell production lines.- Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless installation processes.- Conduct pre-installation site assessments and ensure the site is prepared for equipment setup.- Perform detailed alignment, calibration, and testing of solar cell manufacturing equipment.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation and commissioning phases.- Train and support on-site teams in the operation and maintenance of the installed systems.- Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality guidelines.- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including installation reports, test results, and as-built drawings.Qualifications and Skills:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.- Experience: 5-9 years of hands-on experience in the installation and commissioning of solar cell production lines.Technical Skills:- Deep knowledge of solar cell production line machinery and processes.- Expertise in interpreting technical drawings, layouts, and schematics.- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.- Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols for solar equipment.Soft Skills:- Strong project management and organizational abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
