We are seeking an experienced Installation and Commissioning Engineer to oversee the setup and commissioning of solar cell production lines. With 5-9 years of hands-on experience in solar cell line installation, the ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise, and execute the installation and commissioning of solar cell production lines.
  • Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless installation processes.
  • Conduct pre-installation site assessments and ensure the site is prepared for equipment setup.
  • Perform detailed alignment, calibration, and testing of solar cell manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation and commissioning phases.
  • Train and support on-site teams in the operation and maintenance of the installed systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including installation reports, test results, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
  • Experience:
    5-9 years of hands-on experience in the installation and commissioning of solar cell production lines.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of solar cell production line machinery and processes.
  • Expertise in interpreting technical drawings, layouts, and schematics.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols for solar equipment.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
