Full job description About the Role The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health of the company ensuring compliance with local regulations maintaining accurate records and providing insights that support strategic decision-making This role requires strong financial planning budgeting and analytical skills along with hands-on experience in managing accounts within the travel tourism industry Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable receivable payroll reconciliations and expense management Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian and UAE standards Develop and monitor budgets forecasts and financial performance reports Ensure timely tax filings VAT GST compliance and adherence to local statutory regulations Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets Liaise with auditors banks and external stakeholders Provide financial analysis to support decision-making on pricing cost optimization and investment opportunities Manage cash flow working capital and funding requirements Support management in setting sales and expense targets by providing financial insights Train and guide accounting staff in financial policies and procedures Requirements Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field Master s MBA CA CPA preferred Proven experience 4 years in finance or accounting with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and Indian GST compliance Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally Zoho Books QuickBooks or ERP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Experience in travel tourism industry finance preferred Key Skills Financial planning analysis Budgeting forecasting Tax compliance UAE VAT India GST Cost control optimization Team management leadership Strategic financial decision-making Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
