Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided database or lead list Sales Pitch Clearly and convincingly communicate the features and benefits of our products services to generate interest Lead Management Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive telecalling Customer Engagement Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers by understanding their requirements and offering suitable solutions Objection Handling Address customer questions concerns and objections effectively to move them through the sales cycle Achieving Targets Meet and exceed individual and team-based daily weekly and monthly sales targets Data Management Accurately document and update all customer interactions details and sales progress in the CRM Customer Relationship Management system Follow-ups Conduct timely follow-up calls with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales Feedback Provide feedback from the market and customers to the management team to help improve products and strategies Required Skills and QualificationsEducation High School Diploma or equivalent A Bachelor s degree is preferred Experience 0-2 years of experience in telecalling telemarketing or a similar sales role Freshers with excellent communication skills may be considered Communication Skills Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English and or local language Persuasion Skills Proven ability to persuade and influence customers Resilience High level of motivation resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection Technical Skills Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software including CRM systems Goal-Oriented A strong desire to achieve targets and performance-based incentives Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in a call center or outbound sales environment What We Offer- A competitive base salary with an attractive performance-linked incentive structure - Comprehensive sales and product training - Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the sales team - A dynamic and supportive work environment How to Apply Interested candidates are requested to submit their resume and a cover letter or whatsapp 7339419666 ref updazz com
