Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AM/DM (Assistant/Deputy Manager) - Production & Quality with a strong background in Moulding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with quality systems. You will play a key role in managing our production lines, liaising with OEM customers, and upholding the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Production & Performance Monitoring: Monitor and review daily production data on the shop floor. You will conduct manpower planning and ensure all activities align with production goals.
- Process & Quality Management: Drive process review and support the implementation of permanent corrective actions. You must have a strong knowledge of Moulding, Quality Systems, and customer-specific systems like those of MSIL and SMG.
- Customer & Automation: Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM customers. You will also be involved in managing automation systems to optimize production processes.

Qualifications

- Must have experience in a Moulding environment.
- A degree is required: BE/B. Tech/Dip/CIPET.
- Proven experience in a similar role within production or quality management.
- Strong knowledge of OEM customer management and quality systems.

- Effective communication skills for customer handling and internal collaboration.
