Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Coordination:

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with candidates and the Sr. HR Manager to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain applicant tracking and update records regularly.

2. HR Generalist Support:

- Support in organizing employee engagement activities and daily HR events.
- Help in executing HR initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and employee experience.

3. Daily Reporting & Target Tracking:

- Provide daily updates on recruitment activities and progress towards candidate targets.
- Maintain dashboards and reports related to hiring and HR metrics.

4. Internal Communication & Coordination:

- Assist in improving internal communication by acting as a liaison between departments and HR.
- Help bridge communication gaps to support smooth HR operations.

5. Ability to Work Under Pressure:

- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
- Maintain professionalism and attention to detail under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

- Completed master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
