Job Description Job Title: Estimation Engineer HVAC Location: Chennai Experience: 24 Years Salary: 30,000 35,000 per month No. of Positions: 01 Job Description We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer (HVAC) with 34 years of experience in preparing cost estimates, tender documentation, and BOQ for HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems and excellent knowledge of estimation procedures. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations, and BOQs for HVAC projects. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements for accurate estimation. Evaluate material, labor, and subcontracting costs. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for technical and commercial inputs. Support the tendering process, negotiations, and finalization of bids. Maintain updated cost databases and vendor price lists. Ensure timely submission of proposals in line with client requirements. Key Requirements Mechanical Engineering or related field. 34 years of relevant experience in HVAC estimation. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel), and estimation tools. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
