**Job Description - Site Supervisor (HVAC)**

**Role Overview**:
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for **managing daily site activities**, ensuring smooth installation work, manpower coordination, quality standards, and safety compliance at HVAC project sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day HVAC installation activities at site.
- Manage manpower, material, and tools effectively.
- Ensure work progress as per project schedule.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Maintain work quality and safety standards.
- Prepare daily site reports and update the project team.
- Check installation of ducts, piping, insulation, grills, diffusers, and equipment.
- Support testing and commissioning activities.
- Report any site issues to Project Engineer/Manager promptly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical or relevant field.
- 1-4 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
- Knowledge of ducting, piping, and equipment installation.
- Ability to handle manpower at site.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in commercial & industrial HVAC projects.
- Familiarity with SMACNA standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
