Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a RHEL Expert located in Kolkata, with some work from home acceptable. The RHEL Expert will be responsible for managing and maintaining Red Hat Enterprise Linux Hardware Certification for our Products, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring system security and compliance, and performing system upgrades and patches. The role will also involve collaborating with other IT staff and stakeholders to optimize system performance and support business objectives.

Qualifications

- Proficient in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with system security, compliance practices, and performing system upgrades and patches
- Knowledge of shell scripting and automation tools
- Skills in networking and storage configuration in a Linux environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Relevant certifications such as RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer) are a plus
